Jennifer Brocker
Jennifer Brocker is a 2007 Cum Laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. In 2012, Dr. Brocker became board-certified as a Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics having completed the required 3-year postgraduate course of study. Additionally, she completed the 80 hour workshop series in Dynamic Body Balancing with Dr. Carol Philips. She has felt a deep passion to help and serve other people for most of her life. From a young age she developed a deep respect and curiosity for health care because she grew up under the chiropractic care of her mom, Dr. Patricia Petrie. She believes a comprehensive approach to health care is in the best interest of the patient and it is her duty as a chiropractor to work with other health care professionals to provide patients with the best and most complete care possible.

Dr. Jenny uses her experience as a mother and her knowledge as a chiropractor to help make pregnancy a time of joy and celebration, leading to a positive birth experience. With three children of her own, Dr. Jenny, finds so much delight in working with children. They are a constant source of wonder and laughter and she loves helping them thrive.


Jennifer Murphy, DC, DICCP, Vice-President

Jennifer MurphyDr. Murphy is 1995 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. She began her private practice opening her office, Pink Hill Chiropractic, on August 19th, 1996. In 2002, Dr. Murphy received her Pediatric Diplomate (DICCP) from Palmer College and the International Chiropractic Association’s Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics by completing three years of postgraduate coursework, research projects and multiple examination including a national board exam. Dr. Murphy felt a strong need to educate other chiropractors and the public about the benefits of pediatric chiropractic care so she started the NCCA Pediatric Council. She also continued to develop her skills in advanced pediatric chiropractic by publishing articles in various journal publications including JCCP and lecturing across the country.

Dr. Murphy is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Vice_President of the ACA Pediatric Council, the ICA Pediatric Council, The Christian Chiropractic Association, and the North Carolina Chiropractic Association. In 2011, Dr. Murphy was named Lenoir County’s top 20 under 40 for achievement in professional and personal activities and in 2012 earned the North Carolina Chiropractic Association’s Dr. Faye B. Eagles Woman of Chiropractic Award.

Married with one son, Dr. Murphy also has a small pesticide-free hobby farm which was featured on PBS’s show A Chef’s Life in fall 2016.


Emily Watters, DC, Treasurer
Portland, OR

Dr. Emily Watters has a lifelong passion for learning, having graduated cum laude with departmental honors from the University of Oregon with Bachelors of Science in Psychology and General Science, and minors in Biology and Chemistry. She then continued her education at the University of Western States, graduating summa cum laude as a chiropractic physician.

With clinical interests focusing on pediatric, pregnancy, and postpartum care, Dr. Emily has been an active steward to these populations, serving at the academic, clinical and legislative levels. She is certified in Webster Technique to help optimize pelvic alignment during pregnancy and is trained in Craniosacral Therapy. 

Dr. Emily’s inspiration for entering into chiropractic was based on the help she received from a chiropractor during her most physically and mentally formative years. As a new mother, she also has a personal understanding of the importance physical medicine can play in helping nurture the mother-child dyad. It is from these experiences that she has devoted her future chiropractic practice toward helping aid in the optimal health and development of pediatric and perinatal patients. In her free time Dr. Emily loves to travel abroad, sing and spend time in the outdoors with her husband, Sean and son, Oliver.



Natalie Muth, DC, Secretary
Grand Forks, ND

Dr. Natalie Newman Muth is a wife, mother, and chiropractor serving her home state of North Dakota.  A 2008 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, she is a lifelong learner of all things health and wellness.  She has deep ties to the Red River Valley and is rooted in the Greater Grand Forks community.

Dr. Natalie is passionate about empowering patients and families to be active participants in their own health.  With a chiropractic practice focused on pediatric, prenatal and overall family care she enjoys helping children and their mothers flourish during all stages of life!

In addition to serving as the ACA Clinical Council on Pediatrics Secretary, she is a member of the North Dakota Chiropractic Association, ACA, and ICPA.

When she is out of the office you’ll find Dr. Natalie cooking, reading, and advocating for her community in various volunteer roles. Her favorite “hobbies” are chasing adventure and finding beauty in the everyday moments with her four children, husband, and dog.



Kaede Fischer, DC, Social Media Committee Co-Chair
San Fransisco, CA

Dr. Fischer began her chiropractic career at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, from which she graduated in 2016. Dr. Fischer’s passion for chiropractic and for kids began in her earlier years when she was a chiropractic patient herself, suffering from chronic ear infections and headaches. These issues were greatly helped with chiropractic care, and she was also able to witness the effects of other patients’ health improving as she worked in a chiropractic office for three years.

Dr. Fischer practices full spine and extremity adjusting for patients of all ages to help restore the normal range of motion in joints, restore function, and reduce pain. She utilizes soft tissue work, taping, and exercises to assist in the recovery for each patient, as well as to strengthen their bodies to minimize future injuries. Her goal is to help patients have the best quality of life possible from a function perspective and provide them with the tools to help themselves maintain it.

Dr. Fischer is certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) in the Webster technique, which helps women have a safer and smoother pregnancy and birth with gentle adjustments to the pelvis. She is constantly learning and continuing her education by attending seminars and conferences on pediatric and maternity care. Dr. Fischer works diligently with her patients to help them have a better quality of life, and finds delight in helping them thrive.


Lisa Goodman, DC, CCSP, CACCP Social Media Committee Co-Chair
Denver, CO

Dr. Lisa Goodman founded Washington Park Chiropractic in 2006. She lives in West Washington Park, just a few blocks from the office. She is married and has two sons, Tommy and Nate and dog, Ozzie. Dr. Goodman enjoys spending time with her family at Wash Park, Crossfit, soccer and golf.

Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) Dr. Goodman holds this post-graduate certification in Chiropractic Sports Medicine by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicans (ACBSP). This credential is earned after meeting the rigors of a world-class credentialing process that ensures certified sports chiropractors meet competency standards to effectively work with and treat athletes and those engaged in athletic activities. CCSPs complete 15-30 hours annually of continuing education and research seminars including the latest scientific knowledge, treatment trends, and best practices for patient care. Dr. Goodman is trained in side-line care and clinical care of athletes. She is proficient in concussion evaluation & treatment and sports injury management. Our doctors often work side-by-side with orthopedic physicians to co-manage serious injuries including post-surgical rehabilitation. While skilled in treating all sports injuries, Dr. Goodman’s areas of special interest include foot, ankle, knee and wrist injuries. Pediatric Chiropractic Dr. Goodman is certified in Pediatric Chiropractic by the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice (CACCP) and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). As a CACCP trained doctor, she works closely with pediatricians to co-mange many common childhood complaints as well as serious bio-mechanical conditions. As a pediatric chiropractor she is trained to treat kids from birth through High School. Prenatal Chiropractic Dr. Goodman is also certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) in the Webster Technique, used to treat pregnant women and help with optimal fetal positioning for an uncomplicated delivery.


Mary Minser, DC, CACCP Membership Committee Chair

St. Cloud, MN

Mary Beth Minser is a graduate of the University of Northwestern Health Sciences of Bloomington in Minnesota.  She completed a pediatric fellowship at Northwestern through the ICPA.  She currently practices at Minser Chiropractic Clinic in St. Cloud, MN.  She has owned that clinic for 28 years focusing on the care of women and children’s health and wellness.  She has served the chiropractic profession on the Board of Directors, First Vice- President and as President in 2003-2004 of the Minnesota Chiropractic Association.  She has served on the Alumni Board of Directors at the University of Northwestern Health Sciences.   She has served as an extended faculty through the Community Based Internship program at Northwestern. She has done many lectures to community organizations and has lectured at state associations and appeared on talk radio shows.  She has testified before the MN senate subcommittee on cost containment in personal injuries and lobbied on a state level on many topics that further the advancement of chiropractic and public health.  She has studied the Bradley Method for Labor and Delivery , cranial/sacral therapy and nutritional supplementation.  She has been a member of the American Chiropractic Association for 28 years.

She has a passion and love of helping families reach health goals through chiropractic.  She believes the joy of working with children is seeing life through a different perspective.  Children make you laugh, smile and fill your heart with joy.  As a mother of 2 grown children, her clinic and personal life’s experience bring great insight for caring for those in their developing years.  She enjoys chiropractic prenatal care and  family based natural healthcare.
